Aside from a minor (but totally reasonable) communication hiccup during the hectic holiday rush, Royal Tempus really nailed it. The watch box was priced quite nicely, arrived fast, was securely packed, and matched the description perfectly. I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again.

I purchased a Wolf Triple Watch Winder for $1200. It arrived in the original shipping box, but when I opened it, I noticed there wasn't much packing material inside. It’s clear that the winder must have been tossed around during transit because it arrived in ruins. The lid and hinges were completely torn off, and the front window was also damaged. The outer box was crushed and had dents, with pieces missing. I sent more than a dozen photos to customer support but got no reply. Tried online chats, still nothing. To make matters worse, they don’t even have a working phone number. At this point, I’m starting to think this website is a scam. I reached out to my credit card company to explain the situation. WATCH OUT!!

There wasn't a lot of communication post-purchase. It took a couple of days for the package to ship and for tracking details to be created, but the delivery was pretty fast otherwise. I'd surely buy from Royal Tempus again.

Great deal and excellent communication. I shot them an email asking if the item was available. They quickly replied and confirmed it was in stock. After placing my order, my item showed up just a few days later. Really impressed with the whole experience. I’ll surely be back to shop here again.
